Short Bio:
Francine is an executive coach and organization consultant who helps companies improve profitability by effectively managing the so-called “soft” side of business- the people. Areas of specialization are fostering creativity and innovation in business and supporting advancement of women into executive positions. Her activities include consulting with companies in Japan, teaching at Stanford Continuing Studies, and organizing seminars on innovation for post-doc Fulbright scholars from developing nations.
Prior to starting her own business, Francine engaged in a variety of activities ranging from being a manager at Boston Consulting Group [working with Global 500 companies in high technology, finance, biotechnology, industrial goods, and pharmaceuticals in North America, Europe and Asia] to running a professional repertory theatre to being one of the first two women on the faculty at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. There were also HR and marketing positions at Tandem computers, Ungermann-Bass, and Pacific Bell.
